Fire Hooping Workshop! March 21st!


 

The time is finally here! I have finalized a date and location for the fire hooping workshop. If you can hoop, you can fire hoop! I will hold a regular mixed level hoop class at the beach that afternoon. Then we will head over to the workshop location and light up!

Get excited because Unity will soon be teaching you how to fire hoop! Having a safe place and knowledgeable person to show you how to fire dance can make the world of difference. I will help you feel confident, safe and ready to take the next step! I will be teaching safety procedure and regular protocol when beginning to fire dance.

What to wear:

-Only natural fabrics, like cotton, bamboo, etc. Do not wear anything made out of synthetic material! (i.e. nylon, spandex, etc.)

-Wear something tight fitting with nothing hanging loose.

-Wear a natural fiber hat! You must wear a hat to protect your hair.

-You might want to wear something to protect your forearms as well (a long sleeved shirt works!)

I will have fire hoops available for you to use. Bring one if you have one. If you want to purchase a fire hoop, I am not making them yet and I highly recommend http://hoopdrum.com
